How long will it take to get my order?

We process all orders within 4-7 working days. We will do our best to get all items ordered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please contact us for further information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe and USA and we will be introducing other locations very soon so watch this space!

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date the item was delivered to you to notify us through info@ellisimo.com that you would like to return an item. For damaged items we will offer a full refund, please do let us know within 2 days of delivery. 

 In all cases the items returned must be in their original condition and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure you package your return using the original packaging to prevent any further damage to the items.

How will my order be packaged?

We take the greatest care to ensure your order arrives safely. All packaging used is sustainable & recyclable.

Our A4 prints are sent in a biodegradable bag within a hard backed envelope. All other prints are packed in tissue paper and a sturdy postal tube. Our Framed prints are packed in sturdy purpose made boxes. Each frame is protected with cardboard corners and cushioned biodegradable packaging.

What framing options are available?

Our frames come in three beautiful wood grained stains - a natural oak, black and white. Our real wood frames come with acrylic glaze for shipping. Acrylic glaze is optically the same as glass. The simple hanging system on the back allows for these to go directly on a single screw. 

My order has arrived and it is damaged, what do I do?

Damage happens very rarely, as we package all items with care, and the couriers we use are very good. Occasionally accidents do happen, and if you receive an item that has been damaged then don't worry. Just contact us on info@ellisimo.com within 2 days of delivery and let us know. We will fix the problem for you.
